PEOPLE: One-half capsule up to 5 capsules at a time based upon the intensity or feelings of restlessness. Smaller people and children may need only 1/2 to 1 capsule stirred into food or drink.
Start with 1/2 to 2 capsules and adjust based on results. Effectiveness will last for several hours.
ANIMALS: 1/2 to 2 capsules depending upon hyperactivity or level of agitation.
